Selection and writing

We choose topics that answer a defined property calculation question. An article gives the short answer, the assumptions, a worked numerical example, common mistakes and a link to a matching model. The examples are deliberately hypothetical; we do not represent a particular property’s income, value, financing eligibility or sale proceeds. Explanatory text and examples are written for this site.

References and independence

We prefer primary material for definitions and rules when available, including government publications and official selling guides. A link is evidence for the specific concept named beside it, not blanket approval of the scenario. The reference list records each source’s purpose. No sponsored ranking, referral fee or paid placement determines the output of a calculator or the order of the guides in this release.

Review and corrections

We check the arithmetic against documented formulas and review whether examples match the displayed assumptions. When an issue is reported, we reproduce it, compare it with the cited context and correct the affected page. See our corrections process and calculation methodology. You can submit a report through the contact form.
