Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on EstateCalcHub, including Google Analytics 4.

Google Analytics

EstateCalcHub uses Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag (gtag.js) with measurement ID G-4SVLGKJX4C. Analytics helps us understand aggregate website use, such as visits, sessions, page usage, approximate location and browser or device information. Google describes the default Analytics data collection in its Analytics documentation.

Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser. EstateCalcHub does not intentionally configure calculator field values or generated results as Google Analytics event parameters.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 may set first-party analytics cookies. Google documents _ga as a cookie used to distinguish users and _ga_<container-id> as a cookie used to persist session state, with a default expiration of two years. Browser restrictions, deletion or privacy settings can shorten or prevent that storage. See Google’s GA4 cookie documentation for current details.

Necessary infrastructure

The hosting, network or security services that deliver EstateCalcHub may process request information or use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to serve pages, prevent abuse and protect the website. Those operational technologies are separate from Google Analytics.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies may reduce the accuracy of our aggregate traffic statistics but does not prevent you from using the calculators.
